Terms and Conditions
Who Runs BestPicklePad.com?
I’m Dylan. I run BestPicklePad.com, an independent pickleball paddle review and buying guide site. I buy every paddle I review with my own money, test it across multiple court sessions, and write up exactly what I find, good and bad. No brand sponsorships. No paid placements. You can read my full process in how I test pickleball paddles, or learn more about me and the site.
How Do Affiliate Links Work on This Site?
Some links on this site, including the Amazon buttons in my paddle spec boxes, are affiliate links through the Amazon Associates program. If you click through and make a purchase, I earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This commission never influences a rating, ranking, or recommendation.
See my Affiliate Disclaimer for the full breakdown. I am not compensated directly by any paddle brand. No manufacturer has paid for placement, a review, or a ranking on this site.
Are My Reviews and Ratings Opinions?
Yes. Every review and Dylan’s Rating reflects my own hands-on testing and personal opinion. A paddle that suits my game may feel different to you, so use my reviews as one input alongside your own judgment.
Can I Rely on the Specs and Availability I Publish?
Everything on BestPicklePad.com is published in good faith and for general informational purposes. Paddle specs, prices, and availability change, and I do my best to keep things current, but I can’t guarantee every detail is accurate at the moment you read it. Always confirm final pricing and specs on the seller’s page before purchasing. I also can’t guarantee that a paddle is approved for sanctioned play, so check the current USA Pickleball approved paddle list before you compete.
Is This Medical or Professional Advice?
No. My content is general information about pickleball equipment, not medical advice. When I talk about how a paddle felt on my arm, that’s my personal experience. If you have pain or an injury, see a doctor or physical therapist.
What Happens When I Click an External Link?
Some pages link out to Amazon, brand websites, and other third-party sites. Once you leave BestPicklePad.com, I have no control over those sites’ content, privacy practices, or accuracy. A link is not an endorsement beyond the specific product being discussed.
Who Owns the Content and Brand Names?
All original content on BestPicklePad.com, including reviews, buying guides, testing notes, ratings, and writing, is my work. You’re welcome to quote short excerpts and link to it with attribution. Please don’t reproduce full articles or copy content wholesale without permission.
Paddle brand names, product names, and logos belong to their owners, and mentioning them doesn’t mean those brands endorse or are affiliated with this site. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
What Is My Liability?
To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that results from using this site, relying on its content, or buying or using products I discuss. You use the site and any gear at your own risk.
How Is My Information Handled?
For details on what information this site collects and how it’s handled, see the Privacy Policy.
Will These Terms Change?
I’ll update these terms if something meaningful changes, like adding new affiliate programs or monetization methods. The “Last Updated” date at the top will always reflect the current version.
How Do I Contact You About These Terms?
It’s just me. Email: contact@bestpicklepad.com or use the contact page.
