This pickleball paddle finder matches you to paddles I bought and tested myself, based on your skill level, playing style, arm comfort and budget. It takes about 30 seconds, asks for no email, and every match links to my full review so you can check the reasoning.
Four quick questions. We match you to paddles Dylan has tested. The main matches never go over your budget.

Your matches
Ratings are Dylan’s, the average of four category scores (power, control, spin, forgiveness) from 400+ hours of on-court testing at BestPicklePad.com. No brand paid for a ranking. If you compete, check that a paddle is on the USA Pickleball approved list.
How the Paddle Finder Picks Your Paddles
The finder only recommends paddles I have tested. It starts with your budget and never puts a main match above it, then ranks what is left by how well each paddle fits your style and level. A paddle’s rating is the average of its power, control, spin and forgiveness scores from my testing, so the same number appears on its review. If nothing at your budget fits your style, I show the best affordable options and add one closest match a price tier up.
If you have elbow, wrist or shoulder trouble, the finder steers you away from stiff, head-heavy builds. I am not a doctor, and no paddle treats an injury, so see one if pain continues. If you would rather browse than take the quiz, start with my best pickleball paddles ranking or the paddle decision matrix.

Paddle Finder FAQs
How does the paddle finder choose paddles?
It filters by your budget, then ranks the paddles I have tested by how closely each one fits your playing style and skill level. Ratings come from my testing, and sponsors have no say in them.
Is the paddle finder free, and does it save my answers?
It is free, needs no email, and does not store your answers.
What if I am a beginner?
Beginners are matched to forgiving paddles first. My best pickleball paddles for beginners guide goes deeper, and the intermediate guide covers the next step up.
Are these paddles approved for tournaments?
Most are, but approval lists change. If you compete, check the USA Pickleball approved paddle list before you buy.
